Paid Plans (?)
Personal board
You can personalize Your Board with amazing data-driven Contents that will inspire to be creative and productive.

Adding Contents
You can add generate contents and data-driven designs to Your Board until the max numbers.

Public Recipes
The Recipes are public to share by default on the DataCook, enjoy making open source projects unlimited for free. These Recipes are also Open Source Licensed by default.

Private Recipes
Private Recipes are not indexed publicly in the Recipes (no one can see them unless you decide to share them). Other users can't see the contents made of the Private Recipes on the GALLERY and Your BOARD, and no license is applied to them. One way to use Private Recipes is to keep all your Recipes private while you are working on them, then change them to Public when you are ready to share.

Private Data in the Data FARM
Private Data are not indexed publicly in the Data FARM. No one can see them unless you decide to share them. Still, you can use and share Recipes while keeping your Data private.

For example:
      Case 1: Public Recipe with Private Data (you can use and share the Public Recipe while keeping your Data private).
      Case 2: Private Recipe with Private Data (you can use your Recipe privately).
      Case 3: Pro Recipe with Private Data (you can use and share the Pro Recipe while keeping your code and Data private).

Pro Recipes
You can use and share data-driven contents Recipes while keeping your code private. Remember that making Public Recipes are always free.

Web Push Notifications
Web Push Notifications are messages that come from your DataCook contents. You can get them on your desktop and devices even when the DataCook is not open in your browser (check browser compatibility).


Example of cancelling a Paid Plan
If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to Paid Plan features until your paid subscription period ends. For example, if you cancel 10 days before your subscription is set to renew, your account will stay Pro for those 10 days, then downgrade to a free account.

Downgrade features, or capacity to Free Plan
If you downgrade from a Paid Plan to a free Plan, you won't have access to the Paid Plan features (if you re-upgrade to a paid account again, you will access to those Paid Plan contents and, features, or capacity, just as you left them).

Such as:
* Private Data Farm will not request data at the Private URI (meaning all data-driven contents will not make new result which use it).
* Your Private and Pro Recipes will be inaccessible to you (before you downgrade, you will make sure that you have a copy of any private contents).
* Downgrade count of Adding data-driven contents, Web Push Notifications, and data-driven contents and API requests to Free Plan features or capacity (the most recent Added data-driven contents will disappear in prior order in Your Board).

Price Changes
At least 30 days prior to the change taking effect by posting a notice on our Website, your continued use of the Website constitutes an agreement to our revisions of these changes.

Responsibility for Payment
You are responsible for all fees, including taxes, associated with your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to pay DataCook any charge incurred in connection with your use of the Service. If you dispute the matter, contact DataCook Support. You are responsible for providing us with a valid means of payment for paid Accounts. Free Accounts are not required to provide payment information.

Authorization
By agreeing to these Terms, you are giving us permission to charge your on-file credit card, PayPal account, or other approved methods of payment for fees that you authorize for DataCook.

Billing Schedule; No Refunds
For monthly or yearly payment plans, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis respectively and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open Account; however, the service will remain active for the length of the paid billing period. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Pricing
If you agree to a subscription price, that will remain your price for the duration of the payment term; however, prices are subject to change at the end of a payment term.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Changes
We will immediately bill you when you upgrade from the free plan to any paid plan. If you change from a monthly billing plan to a yearly billing plan, DataCook will bill you for a full year at the next monthly billing date.
If you upgrade to a higher level of service, we will bill you for the upgraded plan immediately.
You may change your level of service at any time by choosing a plan option or going into your Billing settings. If you choose to downgrade your Account, you may lose access to Content, features, or capacity of your Account. Please see our section on Cancellation for information on getting a copy of that Content.
